Terms and conditions

At The Raspberry Art Club we want all our children, parents and carers to enjoy our classes in a fun, relaxed and safe environment. Below is some important information to help keep you and your little one safe at our sessions. Please read this information carefully, if you have any concerns or queries please contact hey@theraspberry.art.

Safety - Young children can sometimes explore with their mouths, therefore we ensure all the materials we use in our sessions are non toxic, sanitised and age appropriate. However, we ask that parents and carers supervise their child at all times, particularly taking responsibility with any item that could pose a choking hazard. Please move around the space carefully, without running, to avoid slipping on any accidental spillages or tripping on a rogue toy.

It is the responsibility of the parent/carer to inform us of any allergies at time of booking, and to ensure their child engages in activities which are safe and suitable, as some activities are food based. We do not take any responsibility for any allergic reactions.

Illness - Children and carers should not attend classes if they are ill and in particular if they are suffering from any illness which could be passed on to other children or their parents/carers. Please do not attend a class if you have had any sickness or diarrhoea in the past 48 hours.

Photography - You are very welcome to take photographs of your little one during our sessions. However, please be mindful that some families do not wish their little ones images to be shared online and so, to protect everyone’s privacy, please be mindful of any children who may be in the background of an image and especially ensure you do not include names or faces of other little ones in the images you share. Thank you.

Clothing - Aprons are provided for little ones during the session, however these may not cover all clothing, so please dress children in old clothing that you don’t mind getting a little messy.

Payment - our sessions are run on a system of reserved places. Once your child is enrolled following submission of a completed booking, the place is guaranteed for the session for which you have registered. Places will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis and we therefore urge you to make your booking and payment as promptly as possible to avoid disappointment.

Missed sessions due to holidays or illness of yourself or your little one cannot be refunded or credited. In the event of your class leader being unwell, the session will be cancelled and therefore credited to your account for future use or refunded.

Mailing list - by booking a session with us, you agree to be added to our mailing list. This can be unsubscribed from at any time.

Thank you for taking time to read these terms and conditions and we look forward to seeing you soon for some creative fun! :)
